Des homeownership seem out of reach? With NewFed Advantage, you may be eligible to secure home financing WITH 0% DOWN PAYMENT. We understand that downpayments and credit scores have been a financial barrier for some borrowers, this is a program to help those borrowers out!

NewFed Mortgage has partnered with Down Payment Assistance (DPA) providers to create the NewFed National Program, a Community Lending Program. The goal of the program is to assist low to moderate income borrowers realize the dream of homeownership.

Debt Service Coverage Ratio program that is unique to New Fed Mortgage. The program focuses on investment properties and positive cash flow that has to meet coverage ratio that is based off of FICO scores.

Our foreign national program allows foreign nationals to invest in the U.S. real estate market. This product requires a larger downpayment than some of our other products, but fits foreign investors needs perfectly!

This program is a great, straightforward option that supplies borrowers with downpayment assistance towards their new home purchase. Depending on your financial situation, the maximum amount of down payment assistance that can be received is $50,000.
